What is his science background?
He took some time to build his credentials before building his controversial empire. If you are surprised to learn that he earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign after being discharged from the U.S. Army at the end of WWII, then you may be less surprised to learn that he spent a semester of his degree studying in a sex research institute of Alfred Kinsey: A biologist who specialised in the sexual behaviour of humans. I guess that he learnt a thing or two.
